Postdoc in magnetospheric substorms at Lancaster University, UK - due 1 May

Research Associate - Multipoint Measurements of Magnetospheric Substorms

Salary: £22,332 - £25,889 p.a.

The Department of Communication Systems is seeking to appoint a full time post-doctoral research associate to work within the Space Plasma Environment and Radio Science group. This 3-year STFC funded research post will exploit an unprecedented combination of space and ground-based experiments in order to determine the time-history of auroral breakup, current disruption, and lobe flux reconnection in the Earth's magnetic tail during magnetospheric substorms.
