Space Physics position at the University of Bergen, Norway - due 4 Mar
A position as Associate Professor in physics (space physics) is open at the Department of Physics and Technology, University of Bergen, Norway. The post is affiliated with the space physics group.

Applicants must have achieved a doctorate in physics or corresponding qualifications by the closing date for applications. Candidates must document their competence within space physics with an emphasis on data analysis. The successful candidate will also take part in the groups experimental projects. The space physics group has extensive international and national collaborations for data analysis and designing/building space instruments.
Women in particular are invited to apply. If, in the opinion of the evaluation committee, several applicants have approximately equivalent qualifications, the rules on equal opportunities laid down in the Personnel Regulations for Academic Positions will be applied.
