Jicamarca International Research Experience Program for students - due 31 Jan
For the third year running, we will be offering summer (northern hemisphere) student research experiences in 2008. The students will work with staff engineers and scientists on projects related to ongoing research or instrumentation development programs. The program is offered to junior/senior undergraduate and/or first and second year graduate students. Areas of research include atmospheric and ionospheric science and radar techniques. Students interested in electronics, RF, instrumentation and computer science are also encouraged to apply.
Important dates -Deadline for application: January 31st, 2008 -Decision: February 15th, 2008 -Start date: between May 10th and June 20th -Duration: 10 weeks
