Program Manager Position for Support of NSSDC and SPDF
Position Title: Program Manager, QSS Group, Inc. at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of a technical/science program including technical, schedule and cost performance; hiring and development of technical/science staff; customer relations including presentations and communications; task/mission planning and task/mission progress review and problem resolution. Additionally, position requires technical performance and participation in research/developmental projects independently and in collaboration with NASA PI's.
Qualifications: 14 years of progressively more complex technical/science analysis experience in software and data systems development for space science applications and data analysis; interfaces with a community of space science professionals, academia, and NASA principal investigators. 10 years experience managing a team of IT, science software developers, hardware and software systems developers and maintenance personnel engaged in the R&D and operational activities associated with a space data center.
