Summer REUs at MIT Haystack (or Millstone) Observatory - due 2 Feb 2009

RESEARCH EXPERIENCES FOR UNDERGRADUATES (REU)

Undergraduate science, mathematics, engineering, and computer science students are invited to apply for summer research positions at the MIT Haystack Observatory in Westford, MA. Research projects include radio astronomical studies, atmospheric physics investigations, and hardware and software development for data acquisition and processing. The program extends from June 1 to August 7, 2009 and carries a weekly stipend of $400.00. Women, minorities and students with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
