Detailed Description: Candidates must have knowledge of various electro- optical systems for remote-sensing physical processes in the near-earth space environment. They must have an ability to design, improve, calibrate and operate these systems. Experience in fieldwork at remote (mostly inaccessible) observatory sites, computer programming and numerical simulation skills, as well as knowledge of and ability to exercise extensive numerical models of global circulation, dynamics, chemistry and composition as well as various auroral models will be an advantage.

Job Requirements: Ph.D. in Physics, Space Physics, Aeronomy, Electrical Engineering, Physical Chemistry, Atmospheric Dynamics, Applied Physics/ Mathematics or any other related science/engineering fields. Contacts: Reply to Irfan Azeem (azeem71d@erau.edu) or Abas Sivjee (sivjee@erau.edu)
