Shuttle or Free CEDAR/USU Bus between Salt Lake City Airport and Zermatt Resort

Fly into Salt Lake City (SLC). Shuttle costs between the Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) and Zermatt Resort in Midway will NOT be reimbursed for students and are ~$65 one-way except as noted below.

1. Look for a Utah State University (USU) 37-passenger bus from the Salt Lake City (SLC) International Airport with 'CEDAR' on the front window on Sunday June 15. The bus will park between Terminal 2 (Delta Terminal) and the International Terminal. From Zermatt Resort, we anticipate this USU bus leaving for the SLC airport on Saturday June 21 and on Sunday June 22. This USU bus is free for all CEDAR Workshop participants, although students get first priority in seating. We have tentatively identified student passengers based on their arrival/departure times, although the bus driver WILL NOT check names off, but will leave on a regular schedule. Non-students, please sign up (students already pre-assigned) to take this free service so the bus is not oversubscribed.. Although any participants can take the bus if there are seats available and they have not signed up in advance.

2. All Resort Transportation is providing a group rate of $37.00 each way or $74.00 round trip (driver gratuity not included in the rate). You may book:

   2. All Resort arrival instructions: upon arriving at Salt Lake City International Airport, go directly to the ground transportation counter located in the baggage claim area. Proceed to All Resort Express counter where staff will instruct you where to meet your driver after you have collected your luggage. For Terminal 1, All Resort Express is located across from baggage claim carousel 1. In Terminal 2, All Resort Express is located across from baggage claim carousel 6. Please call 1-800-457-9457 in the event of weather delays or missed/canceled flights. Plan to depart for the airport at least 3 hours prior to your flight at the top of the hour. Please have all luggage curbside 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of scheduled pick-up.
